BCT has a long history of international planning projects. With the 2016 merger with Development Design Group (DDG), BCT expanded their planning studio to include a number of talented individuals including Rajesh Gulati, an architect and master planner with over 30 years of experience.
Raj is the Director of International Planning at BCT Design Group. He joined DDG in 1992 which led him to BCT through a merger in 2016. His understanding of the organic quality of a space and how cities, towns, villages, and communities evolve over time has helped him to create groundbreaking retail, residential, mixed-use, and urban design projects.
