Vince Strake is the Senior Vice President of Office Project Leasing at Partners. Prior to this role, he was Director of Houston Agency Leasing at Cushman & Wakefield and was responsible for leasing and marketing a 3.17 million square foot portfolio of premier Class-A office properties throughout Houston, Texas.

Vince brings over 11 years of commercial real estate experience to Partners and over his career has successfully represented over 8 million SF of Class-A office product and has negotiated over 350 leasing transactions totaling over 3.85 million square feet. In the last 3 years, Strake has been named a 2022 “Heavy Hitter” by the Houston Business Journal (topping the list at #19), has been awarded by REDnews as the winner of the 2021 “Emerging Leader of the Year” award and has been named a 2020 CoStar “Power Broker,” honoring the top office leasing brokers in Houston, Texas.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Vince was Director of Leasing at Colvill Office Properties, which was acquired by C&W in 2020. During his 4 years at Colvill, Strake quickly completed over 145 Class-A office leasing transactions in multiple Houston submarkets totaling 1.23 million square feet. Prior to Colvill Office Properties, he served as an Associate at Transwestern and was responsible for leasing a 3 million square foot portfolio of office/flex assets. Within his 4 years at Transwestern, Vince successfully completed over 120 transactions totaling 700,000 square feet in over 50 buildings. In addition, he was elected by Transwestern executives to represent its corporate headquarters on its Emerging Leaders Council consisting of 20 individuals nationwide. Vince was also a founding board member of Transwestern Young Professionals (TYP) Group on a national level.

Andy serves as Senior Vice President in Partners’ Landlord Services division’s Project Leasing team.

Andy exclusively represents the interests of Houston CRE Landlords with a keen specialty in driving revenue and occupancy to meet a project’s specific investment objectives.

Prior to working for Partners, Andy spent time Stream Realty, and Whitestone REIT (WSR: NYSE). During his time at Whitestone REIT, he assisted in leasing a 25-building, 2,300,000 square foot, office, retail, and industrial portfolio.

Lesley Rice joined Partners in 2018 and is a Senior Vice President in the company’s Investor Services Division’s Project Leasing group.

As a native Houstonian, she understands the market and represents landlords to help them maximize the profits on their investment properties. She represents a wide range of owner types, including owner/occupier and institutional, among others. During her career she has completed more than one million square feet in transactions.

Prior to joining Partners she was the Director of Leasing at commercial real estate firm in Houston where she focused on Tenant Representation. This position gave her valuable insight into the other side of the deal and enabled her to successfully assist more than 500 businesses in their leasing and purchasing needs during that time.
