Catering is a snap with The Fresh Fork. Whether you’re planning a simple breakfast or an upscale executive luncheon, options about with bundled and build-your-own morning options; cold, hot grab-and-go and chef-inspired lunches; plus platters, snacks and desserts. The Fresh Fork streamlines its service with online ordering.

The Eatery
Located in the lower lobby of San Felipe Plaza, The Eatery fast casual café provides a contemporary backdrop for breakfast and lunch. Chef Armando Romero-Gutierrez, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of Mexico and alumni of Houston’s acclaimed Le Mistral restaurant, brings his French-Latin flair to a menu of delectable daily specials. Diners can choose from cooked to order offerings, delicious deli sandwiches, soups and a salad bar.
Breakfast is served Monday through Friday from 7 am until 9:30 am, and lunch is available Monday through Thursday from 11 am until 2 pm and Friday from 11 am until 1:30 pm.
Esquire Fine Cleaners
Founded in 1937, Esquire Fine Cleaners’ mission to provide customers superb quality, exceptional value and outstanding customer service. In addition to laundering and dry cleaning, services include sewing and alterations. Located on the first floor of the parking garage just off the garage elevator lobby.
Currently, Esquire is offering pickup service via the drop box in the garage location and will return your cleaned garments directly to your office. To arrange for a bag and service, please contact Esquire Fine Cleaners directly at 713-975-0403.
Fitness Center
Accessible solely to San Felipe Plaza tenants on a complimentary basis, the fitness center is located in the building’s lower lobby. Amenities include new Matrix and Peloton cardio equipment with personal entertainment stations, free weights plus circuit weight equipment and a stretching area. Patrons enjoy locker rooms with showers, towel service and daily use lockers with built-in combinations.
Hours are Monday through Sunday from 5 am until 10 pm.
Collaborative Spaces and Conference Center
San Felipe Plaza’s Collaborative Spaces and Conference Center offer tenants access to a modern suite of meeting and function venues that serve as an extension to offices and support an array of needs.
